Intent

The intent was to equip people to be effective in different contexts, leveraging new tools and ways of behaving to support this intent. A project was used to enable behaviours to be pulled from the programme into everyday working life.

Impact

Skills and behaviours were used in a variety of contexts, both at work and at home. The impact of behaving differently was that different types of conversations are had, deeper understanding reached, and better outcomes for individuals and teams reached.
