Change Facilitation

When change is being considered or is underway, the key to that change being successful is your people, who have not necessarily chosen the change for themselves. Their engagement with and belief in the change is crucial. Change is by definition uncomfortable, and we work with our clients during this period of uncertainty to support people in doing things differently. Our programmes are bespoke to each particular need and always have your people at the centre.

When to choose Change Facilitation

Enabling and embedding change

Our focus is on the choices people make to engage with change both individually and organisationally. Our work falls into two broad areas:

Embarking on change - If you're thinking about organisational change, you're thinking about your people. Getting the support right from the start improves the impact and pace of your change.

In the midst of change - You're part way into a change programme with all its challenges and complexity. You know something needs to be different. That's where we come in!

What we do

Abstract Colorful Structure

1

Discover: Understanding where you are

We work with you and a cross-section of your people to support the change process by understanding mindsets, beliefs and the barriers to change. This puts you in a powerful position to understand what needs to be different.

2

Connect: Enabling
change

Using the data points gleaned during our discovery work, we craft interventions that connect people to the skills and capabilities they need to engage with the change and do things differently. In this way, change is bought powerfully to life, and most importantly people are able to meaningfully engage with it.

3

Balanced Momentum: Supporting people in change

It's not enough to equip people to do things differently, they need ongoing support. This looks different for everyone and we walk by your side in diverse ways, working with groups and individuals to build new habits and embed the change into everyday working life.

How we work with you

Wherever you are in the change lifecycle, we can support you. We support a variety of intents, and these are the most common areas where we support our clients with their change programmes.

Balance & Calibrate Transparent.png

Calibrating progress

Here we support an established change programme, typically one that is underway. Often it is the case that the people workstream of the programme needs additional support, or an outside perspective to achieve successful change.

We design interventions that support the programme to meet its outcomes.

When a change programme has concluded, yet the benefits aren't fully realised, it's often the case that additional support is needed to fully embed the change.

Where change involves a new process, system, tool it is typical for people to bounce back into familiar habits. This is where we come in, enabling things to be different.

The oft quoted statistic that "70% of change programmes fail" is absolutely something to keep an eye on.

We provide an objective view of the change in your culture, behaviour and mindset through your change journey. We take a benchmark at the start of your programme, at a midway point and then at the end of the change process.
